The Solar Tinting Centre in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, is a family-owned business with a long history of providing the local community with cost-effective, energy-saving solutions. Carl helped Rowan and Damian to upgrade their approach to customer service by finding and implement a customer relationship management (CRM) product that was the ideal fit for their business.

The Problem

Having been in operation for many years, certain practices and procedures were in need of modernisation to better serve today’s market. Not having an IT specialist in-house meant that the owners were not sure about how to put in place the digital changes necessary.  

A complex and time-consuming system involving pen, paper, whiteboard, and Microsoft Assess, was being used to manage leads, quotes, and jobs.   

Unsuitable client management software that did not meet their specific needs was making it impossible for their team to deliver the level of customer service that they would like. 

Our Solution

We led the team at Solar Tinting Centre through a four-month-long Business Systems Integration project, involving an in-depth review of their business processes to identify and source purpose-built cloud software that could streamline their systems.  

Through our network of worldwide consultants, we were able to source a newly launched cutting-edge CRM software, built explicitly for Solar Tinting businesses. We worked with the developer to customise this platform to meet the Solar Tinting Center’s unique invoicing needs.  

After our team transferred and integrated all historic customer records into the new cloud software, we connected the platforms, enabling the website inquiry form to speak to the CRM and invoicing software. Automated processes, like building, sending, and tracking proposals, were then implemented to improve the organisation’s functionality.
